CAMP PRICING

PRICING

Tuition, room, and board for overnight campers is $525.00. The cost for day campers (tuition and meals only) is $425.00. Tuition includes a camp T-shirt (please specify size on your application).

If staying in the dorms, a cash-only $20.00 key deposit is required at check-in. The $20.00 will be refunded upon turning in your key at checkout.

If two or more siblings are attending camp, you may deduct $30.00 from your final amount due for each sibling.

A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of notification of camp acceptance to hold your spot in camp and is applied towards camp tuition and fees. The balance must be paid in full by June 11, 2010. You may pay in installments or in a lump sum. It's up to you! If your full payment is received after June 4th you must include a $25.00 late fee. You are not fully registered for the camp until your entire fee is received. Checks should be made payable to Note-able Music Services, Inc.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Your audition tape will automatically be reviewed for a merit scholarship. There is not a separate scholarship application to complete. A sibling discount of $30.00 will be offered for members of the same family who attend North Florida Piano Camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $75.00 deposit will be withheld from any refunds due to cancellation. Refund requests made more than 30 days before camp begins will be refunded in full (minus the $75.00 deposit). Requests made 11-29 days before camp begins will receive a 50% refund. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made within 10 days before camp begins. Students arriving late for camp or leaving early are not eligible for monetary compensation or discounts.
